- City of Tucson Environmental Services (ESD). Single-family and multifamily ≤4 units within city limits. Weekly trash in green cart (most curbside; some alley/shared). Fee on utility bill includes weekly trash, every-other-week recycling, twice-yearly Brush & Bulky, and neighborhood clean-ups. Set container by 6:00 a.m. collection day; within 1 ft of curb; ≥3 ft between containers and from parked cars, mailboxes, obstacles; lid opening toward street; do not leave at curb on non-service days. - Every other week (A Week or B Week) — blue bin same calendar day as garbage when recycling week. Set by 6:00 a.m.; set out only when more than half full. Accepts (clean/dry): corrugated cardboard cut/flattened to fit; paper; plastic bottles/jugs/containers (caps/lids on; do not flatten cans/bottles); metal; items larger than a tennis ball.
