- City of Tucson Environmental Services (ESD). Single-family and multifamily ≤4 units within city limits. Weekly trash in green cart (most curbside; some alley/shared). Fee on utility bill includes weekly trash, every-other-week recycling, twice-yearly Brush & Bulky, and neighborhood clean-ups. Set container by 6:00 a.m. collection day; within 1 ft of curb; ≥3 ft between containers and from parked cars, mailboxes, obstacles; lid opening toward street; do not leave at curb on non-service days. - Brush & Bulky twice per year by service area (26 areas); included in standard fee. Set out by 6:00 a.m. Monday of collection week; pickup anytime that week; max 10 cubic yards/household; not more than two weeks early. Separate piles where required (tires ≤5, lumber, scrap metal, brush). Accepts: appliances (remove fridge/freezer doors), furniture, carpet, brush ≤5 ft / 24 in dia, lumber ≤5 ft, scrap metal/pipes ≤5 ft, cacti boxed ≤25 lb.
