Automated 96-gal city cart (one free; extra cart via Treasurer; 64/35-gal ADA/senior options 757-382-2489); manual routes ≤35 gal cans ≤60 lb. Bag all garbage; lid closed; max 3 cans at curb. Day via city map Trash Collection Areas map / 757-382-CITY. From July 27, 2026 SPSA SORT single-bin: household waste + recyclables in one cart (sorted at Portsmouth AMP; phased through 2028).
