Typical franchise packages: weekly garbage + mixed organics; recycling often every other week. SRC 47.120: collection generally 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (commercial zones may start 5:00 a.m.). Heat ≥95°F: haulers may run early — put carts out the night before. Snow/ice may delay same day or 1–2 days; if week cancelled, next regular day + one week equivalent extra trash free.
