- City Utilities Solid Waste — weekly Big Blue cart(s) for single-family. Included service typically two Big Blue + one Big Green recycle; order extras (up to 2 more blue + 1 green) for monthly fee via okcutilities.com / 405-297-2833. Bag all trash inside cart (heavy-duty bags ≤30 gal, ≤75 lb); no bags beside cart or with bulky. Out no earlier than 7:00 p.m. night before / no later than 6:00 a.m. day; put away back/side of house by 8:00 p.m. day after. Carts on curb facing street; ≥3 ft between carts; ≥5 ft from mailboxes/meters/trees/hydrants/cars; not on water meters; don’t block sidewalks.
