Extra refuse: alternate cans or sturdy bags at curb beside toter — alternate container ≤60 lb; plastic bags with non-sharp waste ≤30 lb. Store toters side/rear when not out. Annual fee on tax bill (e.g. 1-unit $399/yr table on refuse page). Exemptions for physically unable residents via 311.
