City Public Works. Monday west of railroad tracks (West Section to river); Tuesday east of tracks (East Section to Mt. Ephraim / Haddon Twp borders). Furniture/bedding with regular household trash (no special furniture pickup); bedding with bed-bug issues must be sealed in plastic (city doesn't provide bags). Carpet/wood/railroad ties: cut/tied ≤4 ft, ≤50 lb; nails removed/bent; contractor C&D must be removed by contractor.

Recycling

Single-stream in blue recycling containers. Wednesday West; Thursday East. Accepts: glass, aluminum, steel, plastic containers; newspapers, cardboard, mixed office/computer paper, magazines, junk mail — combined in blue bins only. Extra blue bins: fee via PW 856-456-0781. Mandatory NJ recycling. E-waste (TVs, computers, etc.): drop at PW yard (Brick St); damaged/stripped TVs refused. Motor oil/car batteries: PW yard with proof of residency.
