- City bag-and-tag program via contractor Waste Management (until July 1, 2027 toter conversion). Use City of Dover marked bags (weight caps e.g. 15-gal ≤20 lb, larger sizes per bag-and-tag page). Day via interactive city map Street Map with Trash Collection Days (maps.dover.nh.gov). Items curbside by 7:00 a.m.; not earlier than 4:00 p.m. evening before.
- Recycling
- Weekly curbside with trash — use ≤22-gal container; no plastic bottles or metal/tin in plastic/paper bags. Paper bundled or in paper bag; cardboard flattened/bundled beside bin. Bins $8 at Recycling Center / Clerk / Community Services. Recycling Center drop-off Tue/Thu/Sat 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (C&D scale closes 15 min early).
