- Trash
- City of St. Louis Refuse Division (Street Department). Dual systems by address: roll-cart (green cart) vs alley dumpster. Roll-cart: household trash in bags in green cart on Monday or Tuesday (block schedule); yard waste from same green cart on Wednesday (weekly March–fall, discontinued winter; resumes first full week of March). Alley customers: dumpster routes Mon/Thu or Tue/Fri. Comprehensive waste fee (~$14/mo/unit on water bill) covers trash, recycling, yard, monthly bulky, and 12 transfer-station drop-offs/year. Sort trash vs yard — do not bag yard waste. Day + service type: My Pickup / refuse schedule lookup. Contact 314-622-4800 / [email protected]; 1900 Hampton Ave, Mon–Fri 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
