- City DPW (city-run toters; not Priority curbside). 2 toters/single-family + 2 bulk/week; lease extras 734-281-4270. Trash bagged inside toters; no loose bags outside. Day by area map (City Clerk Document Center). Out after 5 p.m. prior; pickup as early as 6 a.m.; remove within 12 hours, conceal from view. New-resident note: toters ≤50 lb or ≤32 gal (also city provides standard toters.)
- Recycling
- Drop-off only at City Hall (batteries) and Riverview Land Preserve 20863 Grange (cardboard, glass, metal, paper, plastics 1–7, oil, yard, electronics — residency proof). No city curbside recycling program on Waste/Recycling page.
- Bulk pickup
- Up to 2/collection day (appliances, mattresses, furniture, TVs, large boxes) — separate bulk truck same day. Freon units: tag after licensed removal, doors secured/off; or Land Preserve fee drop-off. Special pickup 2nd/4th Thu (homeowner debris ≤5 yd) via DPW.
