Weekly on assigned weekday. Set out no earlier than the day of collection (105 CMR 410.600) and by 7:00 a.m. (Solid Waste, Recycling and Composting Regulations, effective July 11, 2023). Up to 5 ft from curb/road edge; not in roadway. Eligible: residential ≤4 units (and city facilities per regs).

- 95-gallon wheeled cart; every other week same weekday (A week / B week by address — collection schedule PDF). Single-stream in city cart; clean, loose — no plastic bags inside cart. One cart free per recipient; additional cart $52.72 at Public Works 90 Ingell St. Landlords must keep cart with unit.
