Trash: No municipal curbside trash pickup (Town newsletter / Transfer Station page). Residents hire private haulers (Town doesn't maintain a preferred vendor list). Household disposal alternative: Town Transfer Station, 38 Spectacle Pond Road — pay-as-you-throw: solid waste in official fee-based colored trash bags only (other bags may go inside fee bags). FY27 brochure (July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027): 33-gal bag $4.00 each; 15-gal $3.00 each; windshield sticker first $165, second $90, senior (60+) $80 / second $50, replacement $15. Bags sold in rolls of five at listed local retailers (Transfer Station page). Hours: Tue–Thu 12:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m., Sat 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Payments at TS: check or credit/debit only (card convenience fees per page); no cash at TS.
