Day by street schedule / LexSortSmart app. Approved containers: ≥1.5 mil plastic bags (≤30 gal, ≤50 lb, tied); or metal/plastic barrels (≤32 gal, ≤50 lb, tight lid, handles). Max 6 containers + 1 bulky item/week (moving exception: call Capitol 855-533-3400 in advance). No cardboard boxes as trash or beside trash — recycle cardboard. No fluorescent bulbs in trash (household hazardous waste). Waste bans enforced — visible recyclables left with sticker.

- Weekly Capitol single-stream in Town bins (2 free/household; extra bins $6 at Public Works 201 Bedford St; or any labeled container with free decal). Paper (#1–2–5 plastics, glass bottles/jars, metal cans, cartons per page); cardboard ≤36 in or bundled beside bin; pizza boxes OK if empty. Keep recycling separate from trash for collector recognition.
