Only cart-contained trash — no loose bags. Set out no earlier than 7:00 p.m. evening before and by 6:00 a.m. collection day (2026–27 guide also says 6:30 a.m. City Recycling page). Lid closed; lid opening toward road; handles toward home. Pay-as-you-throw trash stickers $100/cart/year required starting October 1, 2026 (OpenGov purchase); no sticker → no pickup (no same-week circling back). Day Mon/Fri by street (guide A/B recycling weeks).
