Flat $21.84/mo billed quarterly by Groot. Weekly by address map. Extras outside cart: ≤32–35 gal / ≤50 lbs + refuse sticker $3.49 (existing stickers still valid). Out by 7:00 a.m. (Groot); Village FAQ curb after 5:00 p.m. day prior / off curb by 11:00 p.m. collection day.
