Extra bins $18.74/bin/mo; senior discount $16.90/bin/mo after 12 months on-time utility payments (application). New/damaged bin: email [email protected] with name/address/phone. Billed with city utilities.
- Recycling
- Thursdays citywide. Accept: newspapers/inserts; broken-down cardboard; pizza boxes; kraft paper; cereal boxes; paper towel/toilet cores; tissue boxes; office paper; file folders; calendars; magazines; catalogs; envelopes; paper grocery bags; soda/beer cartons; telephone books; aluminum drink cans; tin food containers; plastic bottles. Must fit in recycle bin. Glass bottles NOT accepted.
- Bulk pickup
- City no longer picks up bulk (e.g. Furniture). Self-haul (except mattresses/box springs) to Monroe Transfer Station, 213 Cherry Hill Rd — customer unload; ~2–3¢/lb; no tires/paint/yard debris/construction debris.
