Carts curbside by 7:00 a.m. collection day; place no earlier than 6:00 p.m. evening before; remove by 9:00 p.m. collection day. All garbage bagged in cart; no loose debris. Extra cart $15/mo. Acceptable: #1–2 plastics, aluminum & steel cans, cardboard, pizza boxes, paper-based food packaging, mixed paper, magazines, mail, phone books, newspapers, food boxes, beverage containers. Not: glass; grocery/take-out plastic bags; batteries; paint cans; Styrofoam; aerosol cans. Rinse containers. City won't pick up Freon appliances (fridge/freezer/AC). No large-item collection during holiday weeks. Resident/contractor must remove eviction debris, C&D (drywall, concrete, tile, roofing, wood), rocks, dirt, vehicle parts.
