Containers good condition, watertight, 2 handles; bags twist-tied/clipped. Out no earlier than 5:00 p.m. day before; by 7:00 a.m. collection day; remove same day. Curbside or alley.

- Once weekly. Free bin set: call 727-893-1089. Two streams: Blue — plastic bottles/containers, steel/tin food cans, aluminum cans (empty/rinsed; no lids, aerosols, paint cans). Green — mixed paper, cardboard (fit in bin), newspaper, phone books (no string/twine/plastic bags/paper towels/tissues/plates/cups/shredded paper). Glass not curbside — drop-off Neighborhood Center 1617 49th St S (glass all colors, mixed paper, cardboard) 24/7. Utilities page also says plastics #1–7 — consistent with bottles/containers.
