Full details for Commerce: every rule, with sources
- Trash
- City contracts Athens Services for residential refuse/recycling — no charge to residents (city Environmental Services residential page per indexed official content; Athens Commerce page). Three-cart: black trash, blue recyclables, green organics. Days by area (Bandini / Veterans / south of UP RR, etc. — see city map when accessible). Athens: carts out night before or by 6:00 a.m. Conflict: older city Public Works “Trash Collection Residential” page still names CalMet Services. Live `commerceca.gov` residential URL returned — draft from Athens + prior official extracts; re-open city HTML
- Recycling
- Weekly blue cart; organics green. Use Athens What Goes Where / Commerce residential resources for materials. Don't place bulky, C&D, e-waste, or auto parts in carts.
- Bulk pickup
