Collection every Wednesday 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Carts at curb by 7:00 a.m. GFL Environmental (GFL) 95-gal carts only (trash: green lid or black can; recycling: black lid or green can — FAQ also: trash black/black lid, recycle black/green lid). Unapproved carts not serviced. RFID carts stay with property. Additional cart: $95 one-time (contact Utility Billing 281-346-8830). Billing mandatory whether used or not (Ord. 2023-1409).
