Plastic bags ≥1.5 mil, ≥20 gal, tightly closed (paper bags OK if dual 50-lb wet-strength). No cans except approved bags. ≤6 bags/home; ≤25 lb/bag; ≤150 lb garbage/day/premises. Behind curb ≤3 ft. Set out by 7:00 a.m. (collection starts 7:00 a.m.); not before 6:00 p.m. prior; not on City holidays. Excess bags: sticker from Utility Billing / City Hall (7008 S. Rice).
